Refunds & Returns as per Australian consumer law

We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, however we will offer an exchange for another item but return postage costs will be at your expense.

If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via email.

Photos will need to be provided and the item may need to be returned.

Claims for incorrect items can only be made within 2 days of receipt of goods.

There is also NO returns on perfume, reduced or sale items. 

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt or Online order number.



If you wish to exchange an item for another product you must return the item to us within 7 days.

Simply contact us to notify you wish to exchange the item and nominate an alternative product. A credit will be issued for the value of the goods less the cost of postage to send the original item to you. Exchange of orders will be carried out once the item is returned in the original condition, unused, unsoiled and tags attached.

All postage costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.

An invoice for the return postage costs will be forwarded once your item has been returned for exchange.

Product Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal:

Every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor.

Tropical Interiors shall not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies.

We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

All of our products are handmade and may vary slightly to the photo. These are not faults and are part of the character of the item.
